Directions

The garage is accessed via the alley (Haddock Pl.) at 215 N State St., near the intersection of N. State St. and E. Haddock Pl. From N. State St., turn east down the alley at 215 N. State (E. Haddock Pl.). The entrance to the garage will be on the north-side of the alley (E. Haddock Pl.), halfway between State and Wabash. Look for the “Kemper Building – Public Parking – 1 E Wacker” sign above the door. You may also enter this garage via the alley (E Haddock Pl.) at 212 N. Wabash Ave., just south of the Emerald Loop Bar and Grill. At 212 N. Wabash, take the alley (E. Haddock Pl.) west for roughly half a block. The entrance to the garage will be on the north-side of the alley (E. Haddock Pl.), half way between State and Wabash. Look for the “Kemper Building – Public Parking – 1 E Wacker” sign above the door. If the garage door is closed, pull up close to the door and then it will open.

How to Redeem

Show the Attendant your Park Chirp Reservation, either printed or on a mobile device. The Attendant will hand you a ticket and then park your car. You MUST have this ticket in order to exit. When you are ready to exit, give the valet your ticket and they will retrieve your car.
