This garage is a below ground parking garage centrally located in the SW side of Downtown Portland (West End) within walking distance of The Crystal Ballroom, Tasty on Alder, Jakes Famous Crawfish, Bistro Agnes, Lil Shalom. Centrally located to Patagonia, Vans, Doc Martens, and Powell’s Books for shopping.

There is an entrance and exit located on SW 12th between SW Washington and Alder. The entrances and exits have a driveway ramp down from the street level into the garage/building. There is a prominent Blue “P” parking sign that can be found at the entrance/exit in addition to multiple Parking NW logos posted on the signage inside. There will be a clearance bar hanging immediately in the entry/exit driveway, and stenciled arrows lining the driveway lanes to help instruct which side is the entrance and exit. The entrances and exits for this garage also have a mechanical gate arm that allows passage in or out of the garage after taking a daily ticket at the entrance, paying for a daily ticket at the exit, or with a monthly parking access card.
