Directions

The Garage entries are on 112th Ave NE or NE 12th St. If approaching from I-90 N. or S. take the NE 8th St. exit westbound. Northbound follow the exit and cross the overpass; at the light at 112th Ave NE make a right. Southbound follow the exit and make a right at the light at 112th Ave NE. Continue on 112th Ave NE past NE 10th St. The 112th Ave NE entry is on the right . To reach the NE 12th St. entry continue to the light at NE 12th St. and turn right. The entry is on the right.

Monthly Parking Information

After you complete your purchase, an SP+ Parking representative will contact you with instructions on how to pick up your pass. There is a $25.00 Activation Fee that may be assessed by 112th @ 12th to cover activation costs. This location will only pro-rate by 1/2 month. The Account will be billed monthly, in advance, and an invoice will be sent to you on or about the 20th of the month prior to the billing period. You can set up monthly recurring payments through the website www.parking.com using a credit card. You can also send a check or ACH to the remittance address included on the monthly invoice. 30-day cancellation notice required.
