Arrive at this garage via the alley at 150 N Riverside Plaza (via Lake St or W Randolph St traveling west). You can access the garage entrances via the N Riverside Plaza alley off of Lake St or W Randolph St. Please pull up to the garage door & doors will automatically open during regular hours. Weekend entrance is valid for Monthly parkers and online reservations.
Online Reservation – Please note you must use the intercom to enter the garage and show proof of payment. Additionally do not park in any reserved spaces.
How to Redeem
After you complete your purchase, you will be contacted by the garage office via email. Please allow 24 hours for processing. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, please let us know at support@parkchirp.com.
