Monthly Parking Information
This is for new parkers only. Do not purchase if you have already purchase. This facility also does not allow overnight parking. After you complete your purchase, please send an email with the details of your purchase to nancy.benavides@propark.com. You will have to coordinate a time when you can come down to the location and fill out the future billing application. There is a one time, non-refundable $25 access card fee that will be paid at the same time you fill out the future billing application. Proration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment. Your first month is paid in full at the time of purchase. Starting in month 2, you will be invoiced monthly by Propark. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
