Directions

The garage has entrances on Ohio Street (22 W Ohio – North Side of Street) and Ontario Street (33 W Ontario Street – South Side of Street). The garage is located at the base of the 33 W Ontario condominium tower. If you are approaching from 90/94, enter on Ohio Street. Make sure to enter on the left so you do not drive into Grand Plaza. Look for the bright blue and orange signs. If you are coming from the east or Lakeshore Drive, enter on Ontario Street.

How to Redeem

After you complete your purchase, an ABM representative will contact you to pick up or drop off your pass.

A one time $30 transponder fee is due at the time of sign up. This fee will be processed separately from your ParkChirp purchase.

Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Pro-ration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the pro-rated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment.

Your first month’s payment will be charged in full through ParkChirp. Starting in month 2, monthly payments will be invoiced by ABM. Credit Card, ACH and check are accepted.

You must provide 30 days notice to cancel all parking accounts.
