Directions

The garage entrance is on the left (north) side of West Monroe Street, between South Clinton Street and South Canal Street. Look for the driveway entrance to the left of a blue freestanding sign that reads “500 West Monroe (P) Park” along with the gray overhead sign reading “Public Parking” in white.

How to Redeem

Your billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month. You may start parking at anytime, but are encouraged to start as close to the 1st of the month as possible. If you park after the 1st, your purchase will not be prorated. There is a onetime, $25.00 fee for your access card that can be paid in the garage office when retrieving your access card. The garage office is located on the 2nd floor of the facility. P(312) 655 9120

We only prorate after the 15th of the month and we do not prorate on the back end.

Legacy parking requests a 30 day notice of cancellation, this can be done via cancellation form or email to 500wmonroe@legacyparking.com.
