Allston Way Garage is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Berkeley, placed between Allston Way and Center Street (full city block) therefore allowing access from and to both streets. This parking facility provides service to all of Downtown Berkeley businesses, students at the various schools and colleges, BART commuters, patrons of the various theaters, cinemas and concert venues, health and exercise facilities, hotels, and many more. It is a six-level, 610 self-park stalls, covered and multi-use parking facility. The garage provides daily and monthly parking. It also has various validation and discount parking programs.

Monthly Parking Rates:

• $230 Unreserved
• $305 Reserved
• $350 VIP Reserved
• $75 Motorcycle

Tenant Rates:

• $190 = Regular
• $235 = Reserved
• $350 = VIP Reserved
• $75 = Motorcycle

The garage manager will confirm the proper monthly rate with you before processing your application.

Daily Rates:

• $2.50 per Hour the First 2 Hours
• $2 per Half Hour After First 2 Hours
• $23 Weekday Daily Maximum
• $15 Weekend Daily Maximum
• $15 Early Bird Special (Enter before 8:00 AM)
• $15 Evening Special (Enter after 4:00 PM)

NOTE: All rates expire at 2:00 a.m. each day. And lost tickets pay the daily maximum.

NOTICE: It may take up to three full business days (Mon-Fri) to fulfill your application and provide the necessary credentials for access. No proration is provided. A one-time $25 Activation Fee may apply to all new accounts. A processing fee up to $2.50 per account may be applied monthly.
