How to Redeem

1. RESERVATION POLICY:
   Reservations cannot be extended, modified, repurchased, or combined after entry.
   Violations will result in an overage fee or payment of the standard parking rate.

1. ACTIVATION REQUIREMENT:
   All online QR code reservations must be scanned at entry within the reserved time to activate.
2. ENTRY:
   Scan your QR code at the scanner box on the left side of the device.
   Hold the QR code approximately 2 inches from the reader. The gate will open.
   DO NOT TAKE A TICKET. IF a ticket was pulled, the ticket must match your online reservation date and time and will be required at exit. Missing or lost ticket will result in paying the standard parking rate.
3. EARLY ENTRY:
   Early entry will result in additional fees, payable at exit. There is no grace period.
4. PARKING:
   You may park in any space not marked “Reserved.”
5. EXIT:
   Scan your QR code at the scanner on the left side of the exit device.
6. IF YOU TOOK A TICKET:
   Insert the ticket first, then scan your QR code at exit.
