How to Redeem
If required, Pull a ticket upon entry and park anywhere that is not marked reserved. Please make sure the license plate on your parking pass matches the vehicle you are parking with. When exiting, press the call button. Read your ParkChirp transaction ID and the number from the ticket you pulled. Once your reservation is confirmed, the gate will raise and you are on your way! Note: You cannot purchase additional reservations to extend your parking time once you have already entered the garage.
