Blackwelder is a unique industrial turned commercial office campus that encompasses natural light and plant life. This 19-Building campus sits on 6.4 acres across the Los Angeles and Culver City border. The campus has undergone recent transformations, including common area patio and signage upgrades completed in 2024, with more to come. The buildings offer a unique take on the regular creative office workspace. The lofts, high ceilings, and industrial look add character and excitement to the everyday workday. It’s adjacent to a luxury gym (GymTonic), retail stores (Whole Foods, Sandbox VR, Starbucks), and a few blocks away from the Metro Station.   3. La Cienega Blvd, L-Shaped Lot Entrance (South via Alleyway, first gate entrance): 1 lane ingress/egress. Enclosed with fencing. Opened for parking on an as needed basis).
  4. Blackwelder Street: 1 lane ingress / 1 lane egress. Opened Monday-Friday at 2pm, or as needed for traffic flow.
