How to Redeem
Monthly Parking Information
After you complete your purchase, please send an email to lleon@spplus.com with the details of your purchase (name, license plate, transaction ID). You will have to fill out the SPPlus future billing application and coordinate the pickup or delivery of your access device/hang tag. There may be a separate one time device activation fee. Please direct all proration questions to lleon@spplus.com. Your first month of parking is paid for in full at the time of purchase. The first month of parking is valid for 30 days after your receive your hang tag/access device. Starting in month 2, you will be invoiced directly by SPPlus. Please direct all questions about accepted forms of payment to lleon@spplus.com. 30 days written notice is required for cancellation.
