This facility has entrances and exits that are located on SW Jefferson between SW 1st & 2nd Ave across the street from The Portland Astoria Apartments and Koin Tower, between Auditorium Cleaners and CityKids Daycare. The first entrance on SW Market is located between SW 1st & 2nd Ave across the street from 1st & Jefferson SmartPark entrance. Each entrance and exit has a driveway ramp from the street into where the garage/building begins. Prominent Blue, White and Red ‘Columbia Square’ sign can be found at the entrance/exit as well as Parking NW logos posted at the signage inside. Clearance bar hanging immediately in the entry/exit driveway instructs which side is the entrance and and exit. The entrance is the first driveway as you drive up Jefferson St (one-way) and the second driveway, where there is an attendant booth alongside, is the exit lane.
