Monthly customers are issues access cards that grant entry and exit.

There are entrances and exits located on SW Clay and Market. The first entrance is on SW Clay located between SW 1st & 2nd Ave across the street from The Portland Astoria Apartments, between Auditorium Cleaners and CityKids Daycare. There is another entrance on SW Market, which is located between SW 1st & 2nd Ave across the street from 100 SW Market Building entrance. Each entrance and exit has a driveway ramp from the street into where the garage/building begins at the entrance ticket machines and gates. Crown Plaza signs can be found at the entrance along with a prominent, illuminated blue and red signs that says ‘Park – Open 24 Hours’ as well as Parking NW logos posted on the signage inside.
