Close and convenient to the Keller Auditorium; at large Keller events, parking is pre-charged at the entry gate instead of being charged at exit for a smooth egress. Entrances and exits for this garage also have a mechanical gate arm that allows passage in or out of the garage after taking a daily ticket at the entrance, paying for a daily ticket at the exit, or with a monthly parking access card.

There are entrances and exits located on SW Clay and Market. The first entrance is on SW Clay located between SW 1st & 2nd Ave across the street from The Portland Astoria Apartments and Koin Tower, between Auditorium Cleaners and CityKids Daycare. There is another entrance on SW Market, which is located between SW 1st & 2nd Ave across the street from 100 SW Market Building entrance. Each entrance and exit has a driveway ramp from the street into where the garage/building begins at the gate arm. Crown Plaza signs can be found at the entrance/exit along with a prominent illuminated blue and red sign that says ‘Park – Open 24 Hours’ displayed at the entrance as well as Parking NW logos posted at the signage inside.
