This underground parking garage is centrally located on the SW side of Downtown Portland. It is within walking distance of The Nines, Departure, Nordstrom, Pioneer Courthouse Square, Mario's, Pioneer Place and The Heathman hotel. The garage is attached to Elephants Delicatessen, and Regal Cinemas on the ground floor.

The entrance and exits are located on SW Taylor between SW Broadway & Park. They have a downward driveway ramp from the street level into the garage/building. You will notice a prominent Grey and Light Blue sign that reads ‘P – Parking Open 7 Days a Week’. There is a clearance bar hanging immediately in the entry/exit driveway, as well as stenciled arrows lining the driveway lanes to instruct which side is the entrance and exit.
