The High and Market Garage has 4 entrances off of S. High St. The main 2 entrances are just south of Market St on S. High, 1 is next to the exit booth in the middle of the facility and one is at the south end in the same lane as the drive up book pick-up/drop off of the Library. There are 2 exit lanes onto S. High St, a cashier booth exit and a self pay pay station.
