How to Redeem
After you complete your purchase, a LAZ Parking representative will contact you to pick up your access device. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, please send an email to support@parkchirp.com and include some details about your purchase. A one time $50 transponder fee is due at the time of sign up. This will be processed upon filling out the future billing application with LAZ Parking.

After your initial purchase, you will be invoiced monthly by LAZ Parking. Accepted payment methods include: Credit Card, ACH, and check.
Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. For cancellation, please stop by the garage office or email sjohnson@lazparking.com.
