This parking lot is located on the east side of Franklin Ave, between N Oregon St and N Mesa St. Look for an entrance sign that reads “Private Parking for 415 N Mesa Only.”

Convenient and easy to find parking lot in downtown El Paso. Just a few minutes going to the El Paso Holocaust Museum & Study Center, Cavalryman Park, and The Plaza Theatre.
