How to Redeem
Monthly Parking Information
After you complete your purchase, an SPPlus representative will contact you to schedule a time to pick up your access card. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, please reach out to dbolden@spplus.com. There is a one time, non refundable, $75 access card fee that will be charged separately upon pickup. Proration starts after the 5th of each month. Please ask the representative who contacts you about proration rules if you have any questions. Upon picking up your access card, you will fill out the SPPlus future billing application. Starting in month 2, all invoices will be sent via online portal by SPPlus. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice sent to dbolden@spplus.com.
