There is an entrance off Monroe Drive and also Virginia Avenue. The upper parking lot located in front of Trader Joe’s is for retail guests only and is free parking. If you are parking offsite or need additional parking, you can drive to the lower lot on the property and this will require you to register for parking. Any vehicle that parks in the upper lot and leaves the property will be subject to booting.
