The surface parking lot at 219 & 225 E North Water Street, known as the South Lot, is comprised of 227 parking spaces-seven of which are ADA spaces. The parking lot is fully automated with two entry lanes, two exit lanes, one cash Pay-on-Foot station, and one Credit-Only Pay-on-Foot station. There is a set of entry/exit lanes at the east end of the lot and another set at the west end of the lot. The NBC South Lot is walking distance to all major shopping, Chicago River Cruises, and Hotels. The lot provides convenient parking for NBC Tower guests and tenants as well as hotel guests from the surrounding areas.
