North Fairfax Street

The North Fairfax Street garage is a covered parking garage located on the Alexandria Waterfront. While monthly parking is reserved for tenants and residents of the complex, there are still ample spaces for public, daily parking.

The garage offers nearby access to Tide Lock Park, Oronoco Bay Park, Woodstock Cafe, and Jula's on the Potomac. It is also within a mile of central Old Town Alexandria.

This facility is a ticketless garage, that utilizes License Plate Recognition for access. When the license plate is read, the gate will lift. If a license plate is not read, parkers can input their phone number for access. Parkers can then choose to pay by scanning the QR code on Express Pay signs throughout the garage, following the secure link sent by text, or can simply drive to the exit and make payment there.

The garage has two entrances on N Fairfax St. One under the office building located at 1199 N Fairfax St, and the other under the office building located at 1001 N Fairfax St.
