There are two entrances on Davis and two entrances on Couch. The parking facility is an entire block bound by NW 4th & 5th, and Davis & Couch. The MAX line runs along the 5th Ave side of this facility and there is an attendant booth located in the middle of the lot where there are also fixed pay stations.
