How to Redeem

Scan your barcode at the box with the red flashing light. Hold your barcode 2 inches from the reader until the gate opens. Do not pull a ticket.  Proceed to the 7th floor or higher. DO NOT PARK IN ANY SPACE THAT SAY “RESERVED” (YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AND RISK.) Upon exit, scan your barcode again at the box with red flashing light.  The gate will open and you are on your way! Note: You cannot purchase additional reservations to extend your parking time once you have already entered the garage. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES CHARGED AS A RESULT OF EARLY ENTRY OR LATE DEPARTURE. POSTED RATES APPLY
