How to Redeem
Monthly Parking Information
After you complete your purchase, an Ace Parking representative will reach out to coordinate a time for you to pickup your physical pass. Please allow 24 hours for processing. If you are not contacted within 24 hours, please send an email with the details of your purchase to thecrescent@aceparking.com. Upon picking up your pass, you will also have to fill out the Ace Parking future billing application. Your first month of parking is paid for at the time of purchasing this pass. Starting in month 2, you will be invoiced by Ace Parking. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
