The garage entrance is on the south side of John St, just east of the Broad St intersection. Look for a blue horizontal sign that reads “Enter Clearance 7’6”. The garage entrance is underneath the sign.

Monthly Parking Information
New parkers only. Do not purchase if you have already purchased monthly parking for this location. After redeeming pass online, email CityTrust@propark.com to receive approved parking application and your parking pass. This location is fully automated with no onsite staff. There is a one time, non-refundable $25 access card fee that will be paid at the same time you fill out the future billing application. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Proration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment. Your first month is paid in full at the time of purchase. Starting in month 2, you will be invoiced monthly by Propark. Cancellation requires 30 days notice.
