Enter this location at 306 E. South Water St or 111 E. Upper Wacker Dr. The garage entrance is located on the north side of E. South Water St. between N. Michigan and the “Illinois Center” Tunnel (Stetson Dr.) It is the first garage on the north side of E. South Water St, just after the South Water St. and N. Michigan Ave intersection. You will see a “Public Parking” sign above the entrance.

How to Redeem

ParkChirp reservations can only be used at the entrance/exit station on E. South Water St. When arriving, scan your barcode at the box with the red flashing light (Parkonect). Hold your barcode 2 inches from the reader until the gate opens. Do not pull a ticket. Park anywhere that is not marked reserved. Upon exit, scan your barcode again at the box with red flashing light. The gate will open and you are on your way! Note: You cannot purchase additional reservations to extend your parking time once you have already entered the garage.
