The garage provides convenient parking to the Bob and Vivian Smith Fountain, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Benihana Japanese Restaurant, Guard and Grace and The Whitehall and much more!
Parking garage open 24/7. Office open 7am-5pm. Security 24 hours.

The garage has entrances on Clay St (611 Clay St) Polk (645 Polk St) and Louisiana St (1398 Louisiana St). The Garage is located above Benihana Japanese Restaurant.
If you’re coming from I-45 (Gulf Freeway), the first entrance is Clay Street on the left. The other two entrances can be accessed by making left turns around the building, all located in the left lanes. Look for the blue sign (P) indicating the entrances.
In/Out access available to monthly contract parkers only.
