Regency – Garage

The Regency is nested in Downtown Houston near restaurants, shopping and hotels. The facility is a covered parking Garage with three entrances located on Clay St, Louisiana St and Polk St.

The garage provides convenient parking to the Bob and Vivian Smith Fountain, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Benihana Japanese Restaurant, Russo’s Pizza and Bouray’s Pho & Grill, Guard and Grace and The Whitehall and much more!

The garage has entrances on Clay St (611 Clay St) Polk (645 Polk St) and Louisiana St (1398 Louisiana St). The Garage is located above Benihana Japanese Restaurant and Russo’s Pizza.
If you’re coming from I-45 (Gulf Freeway), the first entrance is Clay Street on the left. The other two entrances can be accessed by making left turns around the building, all located in the left lanes. Look for the blue sign (P) indicating the entrances.
