Sentinel Square II

Located at 1050 First Street NE in the dynamic NoMa submarket of Washington, DC. The 280,000 square-foot building was completed in 2014 as part of a three-phase, state-of-the-art office complex designed to meet ISC Level IV security protocols and LEED Silver certifications. Sentinel Square II is home to the District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), the Department of Insurance, Securities and Banking (DISB), a federal agency and a local dentistry practice.
