The garage entrance is on 200 SW 1st Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.By car Exit I‑95 at SW Broward Blvd → west to SW 1st Ave → south to 200 SW 1st Ave. From I‑595 or Florida’s Turnpike: Take the exit for US‑1 / SW 1st Avenue heading south, then turn right on SW 1st Avenue toward downtown. The building is on your right near Las Olas Boulevard.

The garage offers a convenient and efficient parking experience. Parking rates are calculated from the time of entry upon ticket issuance.

Monthly Parking Pass

Monthly parking at The AutoNation Building Parking Garage is available to outside parkers, as well as building tenants and authorized users. The Overnight Monthly Parking program provides 24-hour access, 7 days a week, subject to availability. Monthly parking is billed on a calendar-month basis. Prorated charges will apply for programs that begin after the first day of the month.

• Discounted Monthly Rates are available for employees working at nearby restaurants. Proof of employment is required.

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Monthly Parking customers may enroll in our Automatic, Check, ACH, or Credit Card Payment plan.

Pay Stations

For your convenience, the AutoNation Building features two pay stations located at the exit. One pay station is dedicated exclusively to monthly parkers, while the second pay station is available for both monthly parkers and transient parkers.

These pay stations accept all major credit and debit cards only. Cash payments are not accepted at this location. 

Pay-at-Exit Machines

One exit lane allows parking payments using credit and debit cards, as well as prepaid or discounted tickets.
