The Landing MIA

The Landing is a 50-acre multitenant corporate campus consisting of ten buildings with a combination of covered and open parking areas, garages. The property provides two ungated vehicle entrances via Miami Dairy Rd / NW 72 Ave, allowing access from the northeast and south toward NW 19th Street. Parking operations include active enforcement patrols to ensure parking rules and regulations are consistently followed. The campus also features visitor parking, EV charging stations, and on-site amenities, and is conveniently located near Miami International Airport.

Management is located at Building 7415, Suite H, one of the six single-story office buildings on the west side of the campus, identified by large “Conference Center” signage. Visitors may park in any unreserved parking space marked as 7415. Upon arrival, proceed straight to the main reception area.
