The Summit has two types of parking:
- Unreserved Monthly Parking for Residents ($125)
- Reserved Monthly Parking for Residents ($150)

The daily parking lot is located in the surface lot located at Summit and W. Marshall. There is a pay station (credit card only) and payment signage throughout the lot.
There is also a covered open parking area that has payment signage. This is located off the alleyway next Lunch / Supper on Summit.
